In this class we will focus on particular symptoms frequently experienced with fibromyalgia: chronic pain, insomnia, IBS, headaches, anxiety/depression and more. I will privately discuss each participant’s personal symptoms/needs/goals prior to the start of classes in order to collectively integrate these into classes. The intention is to create a safe space where we can both work towards improvement of symptoms well putting into practice a respect for our own personal limits at this moment in time, incorporating aspects of yoga which speak to ahimsa (non-harm/compassion & gentleness with yourself).
