This class is aimed at regaining control of your pelvic floor and core muscles after childbirth. Whether you’ve had a vaginal delivery or a C-section, this class can help to accelerate recovery and is also a great opportunity to meet and connect with other new moms. Instructor Lauren, is a pelvic health trained Physiotherapist and advises that women are at least 6 weeks postpartum before participating in this class. Feel free to bring your baby with you, or alternatively, take this opportunity to focus on you.
