In this class we will use the tools of yoga to practice bringing more presence & therefore peace/equilibrium into our lives: postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), & potentially some simple chants (mantra). The intention is that each participant progresses at their own pace towards their own unique wellness goals, whether that be as simple as increased mobility or enhanced quality of life, or as complex as improving symptoms of a chronic physical condition or reduction of anxiety or depression.
