Free your Fascia – 8 Week Series / Drop-In

This class will focus on working all the kinks out. We will use props such as massage balls and foam rollers to roll out areas that hold on to a lot of tension, flow through stretches that really get into the fascia, and create more freedom in your body. It will also incorporate some core strengthening. It is a low-intensity class suitable for most abilities.
