The Reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment that challenges your body in a very unique way. The spring loaded carriage is adjustable for varying resistance and the pulley system is great for increasing range of motion. This class is ideal for all ages and populations with exercises focusing on stabilization as you move. With a limit of 5 people per class, you receive more personalized instruction, yet still feel the energy of a group class.
